I had the same problem and found the driver at DriverGuide.Com. Just search for the following filename (You will have to endure a short registration process - it is free but necessary - before you can download the file):

chameleon_mega.exe

It is the same lousy software as the CD, but it worked for me with Win XP.

be wary of the "driver update" they want you to have i think it is a form of spyware to search your computor and who knows what else.... but that is a risk we all take downloading unsure files,,,,

I have just received a Largan Chameleon XP. I downloaded the driver. I plug in the USB cable to the camera and PC. I then click on the icon for the camera on the main menu. I then click on the Chameleon XP Camera list. Then, on the Chameleon menu along the top of the page, I click on the camera. I get a box that says page "1". It's obviously an installation error but I've had difficulty figuring it out. Any assistance would be appreciated.
