Lost data from April 20, 2008 forward

I input new data on December 16, 2008. I was going to reconcile my account last night and all my data from 4/20/08 forward is missing.

I have tried backing my data up several times recently and it tells me the source file cannot be found. I have searched every file on my computer and the only one with semi current info is the 4/20/08.

If I cannot retrieve my information, I will have to enter 8 months of data.

I do hope you can help me.
