Warning screen won't go away

I can't get my dvd player to stay on. I got sound but no video.It comes on for about 10 seconds then the blue warning screen shows up.I have tried grounding it & even a toggle switch.Everything else works fine.I have got a illuminated toggle switch,don't really now if that makes a diffrence.Can you please help me?

-   I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM MY WARNING SCREEN WON'T GO AWAY I HAVE A TOGGLE SWITCH AS WELL.IT PLAY'S FOR ABOUT 10 SECONDS AND THEN WARNING SCREEN POP'S BACK ON? ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME.
