I have a brand new Whirlpool WFS1071AW machine, 7.5kg.... any time it runs, super small load or larger, when spinning, the machine wants to jump out the window, vibrations like I've never beleived could come from a machine. We've tried to rebalance the load, but no luck. Any ideas?

IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU GOT TAKEN ON THIS WASHER. A NEW WASHER NORMALY WORKS, BUT IN SOME INSTANCES, LIKE YOUR CASE, IT COULD BE THE BELT OR THE MOTOR COUPLING. WHAT I WOULD DO IS CALL THE PLACE WHERE YOU GOT YOUR WASHER FROM AND HAVE THEM TO BRING YOU A NEW REPLACEMENT. THERE HAVE BEEN COMPLAINTS ABOUT WASHING MACHINES NOT WORKING RIGHT WHEN THEY WERE NEW. I HOPE THIS HELPS YOU AND ANYBODY ELSE WHO READS THIS WEBSIT, BECAUSE THERE IS NO SENSE IN THE STORE SELLING A BRAND NEW WASHER WHEN IT ALREADY LEAKS.
