-   Heater goes into burn mode but then it beeps and comes up with E 13. I checked the back of the heater and kerosene is getting to it.

Hi Edward - I have the same heater and it just did the same as yours. The booklet doesn't list what the codes mean (how dumb is that?) but in the troubleshooting section it does list the problem (heater extinguishes after lighting) and a solution that worked in my case. First of all, I went outside to where it vents and cleaned out a big bubble of soot. (The book says to gently clean with a brush). Then, on the right side of the heater there is an inset button - "Press fuel set lever on lower right hand side of the cabinet and release slowly 2 or 3 times".
Your problem is either air pocket in fuel line or empty fuel tank. OR there is an obstruction of combustion air intake system or combustion fan failure (which I'm assuming was solved when I cleaned the soot out of the outside vent).
Hope this helps, if you haven't gotten if fixed yet.

I just swapped to a 22" Hyundai monitor, and there's an immediate problem: Everything appears short and squat, instead of small and square. It's very uncomfortable. I can move the browser sides to where it's square, and now I only see part of the browser window (Firefox adds a horizontal slider, which needs to go away). Now that I have a bigger screen, I expect MORE space for multiple browser windows. I do NOT want the size of my browser window to be dependent on a percentage of the viewing screen. I want it to have a square-inch value that's independent of the monitor size that I install. I'd like coaching on how to keep the browser windows small, without horiz. sliders, and give me more desktop to work with. menachoman@yahoo.com
