The thermal fuse has failed. This is caused usually by extreme heat (due to internal or external lint build up).but can be caused by a componenet failure. I am using LEA10AW as the model number for parts reverence.
The thermal fuse is item 6 this link:

Things you must check
1. Lint filter and cavity for lint build up. (Remove the lint filter and wash it in vinegar and water and soap and water) Fabric sheet particulate imperminates the screen. It can look clean but be 85 - 95 percent blocked with the particulate.
2. All internal and external ducting for restrictions.
3. The outside wall thru the wall vent flapper for lint build up. (Clean it!)
4. Check for airflow after replacing the thermal fuse and cleaning. The air-flow at the dryer vent outlet should push a relaxed hand gently away from the outlet. If it does not to this there may be a broken blower wheel hub or impeller blades. Blower wheel is item 8 this link:

Thanks for choosing FixYa,

Use a folded wire coat hanger and a vacuum to remove all lint in hard to reach places.
