my slideshow stays stuck on the first photo, although I can scroll through all the thumbnails fine, so I know that it can see the photos.

I also notice that the frame has added duplicate files of my photos with the same name but with a preceeding _ before the name..

SOURCE: Unable to operate remote of Pandigital picture frame

remove the memory card and see if the remote works wit hthe built in memory pics. if it doesnt pic up your card you will just have to try another card. The frames dont read cards larger than 1 Gb very well either - reguardless of how many pics are on the card.

The new card is not compatible with your photo frame. Only thing you can do is to make sure that what you use is compatible. Your manual or website will tell you the largest memory card you can use.

How do you load pictures on a pandigital picture

Hello there,

The Pandigital picture frame saves its image files on the memory card. You can put pictures in memory card by inserting it to a memory card reader on the computer and copying pictures to it. Tthe picture frame, then reads the files on the memory card.

Should you need further assistance, please let me know. Thank you for using FixYa.

I received a 7" pandigital

If the photo frame has a slot for an SD card, you can drag and drop the images you want to the card and then insert it into the frame. Connecting the card to the computer can be accomplished by using a card reader or, if the computer has a built-in SD slot, just insert the card.

How can I get my pictures from computer to the picture??

put them on a memory card. it is most likely a SD secure digital card
check what kind of card the frame takes. if there is not a card slot then you would use a USB cable to connect to the frame's internal memory

Pictures on card (can see on computer) but not on frame

Make sure the memory card is not UDMA if a compact flash memory card or SDHC if an SD memory card. Neither of those are going to be compatible. You will need smaller cards like 1gb SD or CF variety.

Inserted camera memory card into pandigital picture frame and all I get is the canned slide show; not my pictures.

Try another memory card. Sometimes one memory card will work and not another. They really dont support cards larger than 1 GB in size.
