Problem for Samsung Digimax A503 Digital Camera

Digimax A503 will not turn on

Hello, I have had this camera since Christmas 2006 (5 months) and yesterday wanted to take some pictures but the camera would not turn on. I changed the batteries and all that happens is the green LED light comes on for about a second and then goes back off. I have tried this several times and do not know what else to do.

Any ideas?????

-   my camera works well with out the memory card but when i enter the memory card the green light just comes on and there is a black screen.so there isnt a problem with the memory card its the camera how do i adjust this problem.-   ispitpepsi

If there is a reset button on the camera try this before bringing back to shop

Take it back to the store or check out the makers website- it has died

there is a corrupt file clear your pics then it will work it happened to me 2

my camera did this too, but I took out t he memory card and changed my batteries and my camera turned on, maybe it was a bad memory card?

The same problem happened to my camera. I was using rechargable batteries for a majority of the camera's life, and then the other day when I changed to batteries to regular alkelines, the camera wont do anything more than turn on it's green light. Is there a solution?

Exact same problem. Bought it a year ago and now it will not turn on at all no matter what batteries I put in it. I have no reciept so taking it back to K Mart is not an option.
