Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
Plugged mp3 player into computer.. has been on "connected" since i uploaded music.. has not been connected to the computer for a while and still is diplaying connected... also not to sure how to shut it off
Unscrew the back of your player if you have the tool. If you don't, you should check online for them, or just buy them in a store. After you unscrew it, there is a removable/replaceable battery. Remove it and the player should shut off. Replace the battery after that and turn your player back on. Now your player is back to normal. The only annoying part about the player is that is freezes a lot, so I suggest you leave the back unscrewed when you go out. Careful not to loose the plate for the back because it can fall off easily when you open and close it many times.
