Question about Xerox WorkCentre PE16 All-In-One Laser Printer
I installed OmniPage SE software for PE 16 WorkCentre on my new Dell computer. Printer works fine. When trying to scan, message says "Scanner Error" with no details. I've installed all drivers, so why can't I scan? I had no problem with scanning through previous computer on PE 16.
SOURCE: We have a Xerox M20
To scan a document to file (Scan to File), the WorkCentre must be directly connected to the workstation using a USB or parallel connection. Scan to File is not supported over an Ethernet connection.
