Copy images from pc to Lumix TZ5 SD memory card?

How do I copy images from my PC back on to the SD memory card in my Lumix TZ5. I want to use the memory card in a picture frame viewer. When I try to drag and drop an image from My Pictures on to the card I get the message " The disk is write-protected. Remove the write-protection or use another disk". The car is not locked. Would it work if I were to use a car reader instead of using the camera?

Yes i m sure it would work if you use a card reader instead of using the camera directly connected.. in that case your memory card will just work as the usb hard drive and you can load anything into it..

How i copy photos from my pc to my panasonic lumix DMC F-3

You really can't. You can copy images on your computer to an SD Card and then insert the SD Card back into the camera. But, doing this after editing could mean that you will not be able to see those images on the camera anyway.

I have a panasonic lumix DMC-FS7. Used it for many years with 4GB SD card insitu. Recently took some precious photos and am trying to copy photos from camera to PC. When I plug the camera into my PC it...

ALTERNATE WAY TO TRANSFER PHOTOS AND VIDEOS TO A COMPUTER
If your photos and videos are stored on the memory card, then remove the memory card from the camera and insert it into an USB memory card reader. Connect this USB memory card reader and memory card into the USB port of your working computer. Your computer will see this as an USB Mass Storage Device or an external storage device; you can then open the folder on the memory card and copy the photos and to your computer. Memory card reader is a handy device and is inexpensive. You can copy photos from other cameras and you can also download photos off your memory card to someone else's computer without the need of installing any programs.

PC does not recognize Lumix DMC-TZ5 as USB device

I contacted Panasonic and here is what they told me to do and it worked.

"No additional drivers are needed as it runs off the USB drivers imbedded in
your Windows OS. That being said though, it is not that the USB ports on the
front of your computer are faulty, just that they are in fact a HUB and not
the port which is located on the back of the PC. Windows does not
traditionally like reading external Hard drives (your camera becomes one when
PC connect mode is selected) through a HUB. In this case I would still
strongly recommend connecting to the back of the PC."

Lumix® digital camera storage path

Unlike 35mm cameras that store images on film, Lumix® Digital Cameras store images on SD Memory Cards, which make sharing and storing your pictures easy and convenient. You simply insert an SD Memory Card into the camera, take pictures until the card is full, and then you can transfer the pictures onto a compatible PC. Once you saved all your pictures, you can erase the card and start all over again.
