Our internet is working fine with everything except my xbox. I either cant connect to xbox live or i cant stay connected. ive tried everything i can think of to fix it.

First of all, the wireless thing for the Xbox is a waste of money, when i had mine, it would always lose connectivity. Anyway make sure the device is not next to anything that gives off frequencies as that may cause the connectivity issue (microwaves etc....)

XBOX 360Adaptor

the adapter should have the right settings as that of the network it is trying to connect to. you may want to contact your wireless router (or wireless AP) manufacturer to get the settings then have the adapter connect to those settings.
