Question about Panasonic NN-T994SF Microwave Oven
When the microwave is turned of it turns off after 3 seconds and has a
Ps this part is super easy to change after you get the cover off it is the part in the yellow plastic box ...unsnap the box unplug the three set of wires unscrew the ground strap bend up the tab at the lower left side the same side and behind the ground strap and slide the box and all to the left about 1/4 of an inch and take the box off ... there are 3 screws that seperate the box from the board and the reverse the process... hope this helps .. and if you not sure that this is your problem leave the cover off plug it in and start it lookin the yellow box before it shuts down you will see sparks from the transformer

Davidscales is right-on about the fix. Ordered the part from PartStore.com for $68 with tax and shipping. Changed it out in less than 15 minutes. Back in business. I only wish I hadn't paid $60 to have the problem diagnosed before checking the web.

the digital programmer circuit / controller does not get a feedback
signal from the inverter for a period of 3 seconds, the controller will
stop the cook cycle.
It may be a loose connection in the wiring between the inverter, magnetron, and/or control board, or maybe one of those components has failed.
Due to the lethal voltages used and produced in inverters, I do not recommend that an inexperienced person work on these.
