Question about Frigidaire FRS26R4A Side by Side Refrigerator
The drain in the freezer is clog make sure the drain from the freezer is clean all the way to the pan next to the compressor . you need to open the back wall of your freezer for that ( the inside wall) clean with buster (water pump)the drain is in the bottom middle of the freezerr.

I understand that you are seeing a brown liquid come from under your dispenser area. I would recommend you having a professional come out to your appliance to check and assure the water lines are connected properly and not developing any moisture problems to form from under your dispenser. Hello - There are many reason for this issue to occur, for example the refrigerator could have a crack in the defrost pan, a defrost drain line blockage, a leak from the water supply line for the dispenser or ice maker, but most cases water leaking inside and draining through the refrigerator cabinet. Try confirming that the vales are tightened. If the connection is still leaking, turn of the water supply line to the water valve and take the connection apart. You can try using Teflon tape when retightening the connection to ensure a good seal. If these suggestions prove to be ineffective contact a professional to move forward accurately.
