The machines usually come with the language in the country they are bought in. You want to change the language.
Once you are in the programming mode, press the up and/or down button until you come to language then press OK or equivalent. Then press up/ down until you come to the desired language and press OK.
I hope this works for you, all the best
You need to change your language in the menu.
Push and hold the menu button. When it changes in the window, use the up or down arrow button to move the asterisk (*) until you come to a window that has something like "lingua, or spreka", and then push the menu button again. Use the up arrow to scroll to "English". When you have the asterisk (*) in front of English, push the menu button again. You have selected English and then you can push the escape button to exit. Some machines have exit in the scroll bar, so it depends on your machine.
Check the micro switch that the brew unit hit when it enters the machine. Sometimes the lever arm on the switch breaks off, and the switch will no longer work. Click the link for a picture of the micro switch.
You can get most parts from Saeco directly. I know they are hard to get in touch with, but once you get them they are extremely helpful. The parts are a bit expensive, but it is nice to be able to purchase them. I was able to find a parts list for my Saeco Magic Comfort Plus by doing an Internet search for it. It has every part listed and a take apart view; very handy to see what goes where and what possibly might need replacing. You may want to see if Saeco offers that when you call them for your model.
