Have you looked at the DM board fix yet that's available here. http://www.fixya.com/howto/h154057-mitsubishi_dm_board_repair Check it out. If the inside of your TV set does not look like this, you will need to get the service manual to disassemble the set and get to the DM board, but use the rest of the guide to repair the board. If you are successful, you will save almost a 1000 bucks! Good Luck

SOURCE: Green blinking light on Mitsubishi WS-55813 HDTV

generally this means a bad digital module.. as a techinican the first thing that we would check are what is know as standby voltages. if they were there we would replace digital module.! question. Does it blink for more than 70 seconds. This unit comes with a lockout feature. to unlock press and hold menu down for 10 seconds on front panel.

SD TECH,
Just started experiencing convergence problem with my Mits ws-65711. I have decided to try to repair on my own and have the service manual. I see also you have step by step instructions for the repair and perhaps photos of the fuses. I could really use this info if you are able to provide. Thanks in advance. I did the self check by holding in MENU and INPUT buttons and got 1 green blink followed by 2 shorter/quicker green blinks?

WS-65513 Blinking Green Light

I have a Mitsubishi MITWS-65813.
The green led light constantly blinks. I tried the reset button and green light is still blinking. I unplug the tv, waited a few days, then plugged the tv back in, the green light still blinks. I have a lot of experience with soldering. Do you have any suggestions or can send repair directions/protocol for the DM board.
via email? Thank you in advance for your help. Your help is much appreciated!

Blinking Green Light on Mitsubishi DLP 52525

the dlp will most likely need a qualified mits repair center to take over for you. repairing that set is pretty involved. and the parts you would need are not available to the public.
on your 48" CRT projection check the DM module for 4 vented 1000mf 16v capacitors. replacement should get you tv working great

The constant blinking green light means that the TV is not booting up. This is a common problem on this set.You need to remove the shield from the DM board (standing upright on the left where the DTV RF connector is)and inside you will see the four leaky capacitors (1000 MFD 16 VOLT)replace them, plug the TV in and wait 70 seconds for the blinking light to stop, then turn on the TV.The hard part will be removing the board from the TV(lots of screws and connectors, takes time)
