Question about LG LDF6810ST Stainless Steel Built-in Dishwasher

LG LDF6810ST Won't Turn ON

My LG dishwasher won't come on when I push the power button. I checked for power at the box junction box on the dishwasher and have full power.
Note: the dishwasher has been leaking at the bottom left.
Any solutions?

    The dishwashe rturns on and leaks but It does not allow me to select a cycle and sometimes the cycle lights are very dim

    same-same.  Mine also has a leak on the lower left and the power just won't come on suddenly.  This happened once before and I checked the power and a couple days later it came on.  The other solution was to empty the water out and ensure the drain hose in the rear was lifted up in an "S" curve for proper relief.

    We bought all LG products and swear we will never do so again - they are all ****!

Since you have power to the dishwasher, check to see if there is a push button reset, there could also be a fuse blown.

Jenn air dishwasher model JDB3610AWX has no power at the control board please help

Their are a couple possiblities that could be causing that;
1) the connections where the house wiring connects to the dishwasher in of the junction box has burnt, the circuit breaker will very likely be on but the bad/burnt connection wont send power to control.

2) one or both of the door switches on the latch asm. are bad,to check those use a meter set to a low ohms setting and check for ZERO ohms when the door is closed,to check those TURN OFF CIRCUIT BREAKER remove wires from switch(s) and place one meter lead on each terminal

I hope this will help you to figure out why your dishwasher won't come on,

I am getting error code PF on my LG LDF6810ST, what does that mean?

PF means power failure. You are having a power supply problem. Check to make sure that the plug is connected properly. Check the junction box on the lower right corner behind the kick plate to make sure the wires are connected properly. If your dishwasher is 5 years or older, remove the front door panel and check the wire harness in the door liner for any broken wires. Good luck

It will not turn on

Check to make sure there is power to the dishwasher at the junction box behind toe kick on the right side. Make sure electrical connections are good there by holding a wire nut and giving each individual wire a firm tug. If problem still persists, diss-assemble inner from outer door and check the door switches. If those are good and power gets all the way to the electronic control board, there should be a red LED light on in the middle of the electronic board. If not, replace board.

Model# LDF6810ST Dishwasher

Your control board may have been fried by the power outage.  Have a qualified LG technician check the unit.  They may have to order a replacement control board.
