Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
I have a 8mg creative zen which is now full. I recently added a compatible memory card. I have transfered music, mainly from Napster, to this card but i just get the message 'not licensed to play' can anyone offer a solution
I also use Napster. Unfortunately with the music being on the memory
card and not on the device itself, Napster detects this and will not
play music from the memory card.
There are two things you can do to resolve this, the first one won't cost you anything. Move non-Napster music files to the memory card, leaving only Napster music on the device itself. As a Napster-To-Go device, you'll be able to play and sync without issues. The second is to purchase the tracks from Napster that you want on the memory card. Once you do this, you can play them in any compatible media - not just the Zen device.

best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
