whenever i play a song that i downloaded from napster, it says " no license. sync license from PC" i want my music back!!! what do i do?

  • Anonymous Mar 11, 2009

All of the napster music I downloaded, was on the player itself, not on an extra memory card. I too get the message, no license to play, sync to PC.....Any ideas on what to do, or do I just have to delete and reload all my music again?!

I also use Napster. Unfortunately with the music being on the memory card and not on the device itself, Napster detects this and will not play music from the memory card.

There are two things you can do to resolve this, the first one won't cost you anything. Move non-Napster music files to the memory card, leaving only Napster music on the device itself. As a Napster-To-Go device, you'll be able to play and sync without issues. The second is to purchase the tracks from Napster that you want on the memory card. Once you do this, you can play them in any compatible media - not just the Zen device.

Problem with SD memory mode on my creative zen

O.K. So you have to click Memory Card and click Browse. The videos should be there if you did that right.

Computer not recognizing SD card as external storage/Creative Zen

Try going to the memory card option on the main menu, then go to 'Removable Storage', then the Zen should either tell you to connect a USB cord or insert a memory card. Try it, if not I dont know.

Creative zen

Don't lose hope, push the end of a paperclip into the tiny hole at the bottom of the unit. If that doesn't work, do it again while holding the play ad power buttons in at the same time. Yes, I know you need three hands to do this. That should bring up a recovery menu. First try reboot, then try clean-up. Try to avoid the other options if you don't have full back-up of all your music files.
