Electrical power is off on my Hotpoint 183D6027G069, even though power is on for all other appliances and all circuit breakers checked normal.

I'm guessing this is a gas / propane stove - so the power is likely 120v if in N. America. If this is the case, I would unplug the stove and plug it into another outlet. If none is close enough, you should be able to run an extension cord to determine if it is an outlet or stove problem.

The 120v is needed on gas stoves mostly for lights, electronics, clock, ignitors, etc. It is not for heating / cook of foods so a decent cord should be fine to use. If it still refuses to function on a known to be good outlet, the power outage you had has caused a problem in the stove and will likely require service.

No heat from burners or oven after relocating stove

Hi Ron - From what you have described if neither the burners nor oven turns on make sure the electrical connecting is 240V. The oven light and clock portions only required 115V. The clock and oven light working may indicate an electrical circuit breaker supplying the range is tripped or a fuse is blown. Confirm household circuit is correct and the range cord is properly wired to the terminal block.

Correct wire gauge and circuit breaker to use?

If it is only the oven that is electric and not the entire stove, the required wire size is 10/3 with ground and a 30AMP circuit breaker. If it is the entire stove then you need 50AMP range cable and a 50AMP breaker. If your doing your microwave also, you need a 20AMP breaker and the wire you need is 12/2 with ground.. If the current breaker you were running was 30AMP I would keep that for your oven and run new wire for your microwave.

I have a GE electirc stove JDP37GT1Bb The blower that cools the oven doesn't turn off at all

If that blower that cools the oven is auto run and off automatically, then maybe the thermostat that controlling it, was damaged.

Gas Safety

this is actually how every gas stove is set up and yes it would be a safety issue but there is really no way to change how they work i do wish the people building them would do it with at least a timer or something but that would make the product much more expensive. same type of technology is also used on propane bbq grills btw. it is just something you get used to after a while i have had gas for the last ten years and dont even notice it now

My electrician is here to do the electrical for my new Jenn-Air Gas stove Model # JGS8860BDP.  The store said we need both 110 and 220 outlets inside the stove space.  My electricial doesn't think...

Trust the Electrician. 99.9% of the time, the only requirement for working at a retail store is to know absolutely NOTHING of the product they sell. Where an electrician is liable for any damage to property or person injured due to his/her work... not to mention to 2 years of required training to get your journeyman lisence.
