It means the wiring is wrong check and look fo the ignition cable and make sur it's properly secure see the wiring is all a big maze in thesecars u have to make sure everything is wired correctly the battery wire as well

Sounds like the the Bendix is bad in the starter, which pushes out the drive gear to engage the flywheel. You'll need to replace the Bendix or the starter. It's a bit tough to get to the starter, it is underneath the intake manifold.
p303 is a cylinder 3 missfire I woul first check the coil and then the ingnition module, Then if this dont work you could have a bad injector. If after testing and still no fix you should check the compression in that cyl.
