Question about Whirlpool 30 in. RC8700 Electric Cooktop
I have a older (13 yr old) whirlpool electic cooktop (RC8920XRH9) that I am looking to replace with a new RC 8700 or a JennAir (JED8230ADB). Will I have to modify the venting system for either of these new units?
If you're talking about a downdraft style cooktop, you will just need to measure the discharge vent diameter and shape and match that up. Not all are the same shape but most are 6" diameter
