easiest way is to call 3 your network provider. Explain that you need to set up pic msging The will need to provision your phone, and then they will be able to send you a text with all the pic msg settings , you just need to open the txt and it will update your settings
If you know where the settings are in your menu delete them and call your service provider, ask them to send you the settings for Internet/WAP/MMS not all together, do one at a time. They are sent as a txt msg, when you receive the txt, select Save or Install.
You can't inter change the SIM card to another service provider. without changing the Internet/MMS/WAP settings.

these setting are normally supplied by the provider.

These will come as 2 separate txt messages.
open each message and the phone should promt you to save the message.

then go to your browser settings and set your provider as the default or prefered setting.( this should get internet working )
for the pics you will need to send a pic to yourself first to activate the settings between the phone and the network
if its on o2 network then go to o2 website sign up and then e mail them saying u want the multimedia settings for samsung e350 and they will txt u the settings or e mail u the settings.
I can't help with the problem, but this sounds all too familar. I got my razr about a month ago, unlocked from ebay, and I can't send or recieve pictures. I took the phone to cingular, but they told me that my problem was that this was not a cingular phone. Maybe you can e-mail me what they did to your phone and maybe it will work on mine.
