Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
110.28974891 Washing cycle worked great, no problems that I noticed. (granted I don't stand next to my washer everytime it washes) During the spin cycle however, my washing machine started a loud, fast clicking sound (about 4 or 5 clicks per second). When I went to inspect the noise, I saw that my ceiling light fixture was pulsing to the lurching sound coming from the motor. The spin cycle was not reaching top speed and was really irratic - slowish, then speed up a little, then slow again with no pattern or rythm. The click, the heave of the motor ,and the pulsating of my light fixture are all in unison. When the click would slow down, so would everything else.
I took all the clothes out, tried all the different spin cycles only to recieve the same results. I am very apprehensive about taking this thing apart, as I know nothing about washing machines. This does not sound like something that will just ''go away''. I've found this website informative, as your advisors sound very knowledgeable. I look forward to hearing a response. Thanks for your time. Please advise.
Try your unit on a outlet by it self ,,nothing can be on this line,,sounds like weak ampage,,this machine needs 15 amps line by it self...
