Question about Disney Mix Max Digital Media Player
I plugged in the unit Christmas morning. Charged all day and still had the message of "do not remove". I contacted digiblue and they said unplug it anyways-probably the computer doesn't recognize that it is full. Now the unit won't power on--never has. I even have a disney speaker thing--I plug it into that and it looks like the unit is playing but I hear nothing. If anyone can help I'd appreciate it.
How unfortunate. Its probably a malfunction with your player. When I plug my daughters mix max into the usb it says do not remove. I waited and removed it anyway and it worked fine. I suggest you take it back and get a new one.
