When you press teh control button nothing happens. There is power to the outlet, so I am guessing something is wrong in the dryer. I have seen several notes about thermal fuses but can't locate the thermal fuse on this dryer. Is there another way to test?

I see that your Frigidaire dryer is not operating after you hit the start button and it clicks. It is possible that your control panel or wiring harness could be causing this issue with your dryer. You may need to perform a reset on your dryer and you can do that by disconnecting power from your dryer for at least ten minutes. If this does not correct your issue I would seek assistance from a professional technician for a proper diagnosis and repair. I hope this information is helpful to you. -Matt
• Press the TV button or ON/OFF button while remote is in TV mode and there's a source of power to the outlet or outlet strip. • Make sure the TV is plugged in. • You might have tried to turn on the TV during the lamp cool-down. Wait a few moments and the picture will appear. • Has the power light on the front of the TV been blinking for one minute? If so, the lamp may be dead. Refer to the Power indicator is blinking or flashing section below for more information. • When you first plug your TV into an outlet, the Power indicator on the front panel will light and blink for approximately 30 seconds and then go off during the initialization of the TV. This happens only when the TV is unplugged and plugged back in. The TV can only be turned on after the Power indicator goes off. • Check the wall receptacle (or extension cord) to make sure it is "live" by plugging in something else, such as a lamp. • Something might be wrong with your remote control. Press the POWER button on the front of the TV. If the TV turns on, check the remote control solutions on page 53. • Multiple TV Setup might be set to the wrong option. Press MENU/OK on the front panel. Select Setup Options, then Advanced Options, then Multiple TV Setup. Choose TV (default).
can you please try to power drain the laptop, removed the battery and the unplugged the charger then press and hold the power button or the on/off button for 15 seconds, obviously it will not turn on since there is no power supply connected, after 15 seconds, connect the laptop direclty to the power outlet without using the battery just for the meantime, then power on the laptop, see if theres any difference, if nothing happens, there is something wrong woth the monitor itself.
Check all your breakers/fuses panel if none are tripped or blown we will assume power is @ the outlet, check it w/ a meter if you have one. I have never seen a reset button on one before but there could be a internal fuse inside the unit, to check for that you will have some disassemble work 1st
A defective dryer thermostat could be what is preventing your dryer
from starting. Open up your dryer's cabinet. Test each of your dryer's
thermostats. Replace any that have become defective.
Also check the electrical output from your house; Your dryer may not be receiving adequate voltage to start. Make sure
your dryer is plugged in. Also, check the circuit breaker panel to make
sure all the circuit breakers are in the correct positions. Or check to
make sure no fuses in the fuse panel are blown. Try plugging something
else into the same outlet. If it won't work either, then there is
likely something wrong with the power outlet. Any of these could be the
reason power is not getting to your dryer. Also, refrain from using an
extension cord to plug your dryer in.
