The instrument set rock band drums and guitar was brought seperately to guitar hero world tour and we were told that it should all be compatible. the usb hub lights up the drums and guitar lights are on but neither are recognised on the set of the band selection on the world tour game. I have been unable to use any of the extra instruments. The guitar that came with world tour works fine.

-   I bought my son Wii Rock Band Drum Kit seperately as already had World Tour Game. The Blue light is illuminated on drum kit but nothing else. i.e the 4 lights for player 1,2,3 or 4are unlit. Only instructions on how to assemble the kit came in the box. Am i doing something wrong? Hope someone can help. Thanks in advance

Rock Band and Guitar Hero instruments are NOT compatible on the Wii. They are compatible on the 360, the PS3, and the RB drums for PS2. Activision went their own way with the Wii and made life difficult for all of the aspiring musicians on the Wii. Sorry.

Hey! Here's the situation: I downloaded Abbey Road back when it was first released, saved it to the Wii System. With the release of Sgt.Peppers, I found myself having an unfortunate and pesky low memory issue. So, I've saved the Abbey Road Pay&Play download to a SD card, but now I cannot play the songs - they no longer appear in the song list. The SD card option is enabled in the game itself. I can see the file on the SD card when in Data Management, but if I try to move them back to the Wii System I get a message telling me that the content already exists!! Eek! I did download a few songs from Sgt.Peppers (they automatically back-up to the SD card upon download) I can play them with no issue, they appear in the list .... but it made me wonder ... ... Would it be those newly downloaded songs that prompted the message about the content (because the file is both saved on the system and on the SD card)? If so (or if not and it's something else completely) is there some way to fix my dilemma?! Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanx!
