random freezes during game can be result of playing black ops fallout series oblivion or poor placement for fan of the 360 (when in doubt unplug and replug cords in 360 do not move 360 or unplug while its on)

Yes, this is the soldering losing connection you can fix this at home as long as you get a good guide to show you how it is not that difficult!

This is a problem with the gpu (graphics chip) the console will need stripping down and new thermal paste applied or the motherboard needs re-balling. sorry but there is no real quick fix for this.

If you are using a HDMI connection, often the connection will be lost between your xbox and your tv. In my case I simply change to another channel or the other HDMI channel and then back and the secure HDMI connection will be restored.

it depends what game your playing somegames need a patch witch you can download on xbox live or chack your games to see if they have lots of scratchs or take the stuff of your xbox becuase it might be over heating

try to keep the box in a spot where it and the power brick can stay cool.... same thing happened to my first box eventually it got the rings of death like so many other xboxs out there... so if keeping it well aired dont work you need to ring micro soft and have it sent off for repairs before it suffers a system failure
