Many answers to this question , depending on monitor size and browser , a very good work around is to hold the control key on keyboard and roll your mouse wheel to resize the page your viewing . what is your monitor size and it resolution setting and what browser are you using ? so its possible to walk you thru setting adjustments.

How do i enlarge text? Im visually impaired and font is too small for me to read text messages or when sending text

Hi Maureen,

Depends on what phone you have...

FOR apple:

Here's how to enlarge text size throughout iOS on iPhone and iPad:
  1. Launch the Settings app from the Home screen of your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Tap on General.
  3. Scroll down and now tap on Accessibility.
  4. Now tap on the Large Text option.
  5. Here you have several options to make text larger throughout iOS. Tap on the one you'd like.
On Android:

  • Tap the app drawer icon from the home screen.
  • From the displayed list, tap the Settings icon.
  • From the Settings window, in the left pane, tap the Display option.
  • From the right pane, under the Font section, tap the Font size option.
  • On the opened Font size window, tap to select the appropriate radio button to set the desired font size.

How do I reset my gmail page so all information is on the screen. Right now I have to shrink everything everything from left to right on the page. It is difficult to read. Please help. Thanks. Deb

Is this occuring with just one email, or the whole email page (eg. inbox page)? 1st, try clicking on the "box" at the upper RH corner of the web browser window. If you see a "double box", then the browser window is set correctly.

If its an email that doesn't show all the text without scrolling, its likely someone has sent you an email where the text was loaded without formatting, and it never returns to next line... If you close that email, the rest of the email should be ok...

The last thing to check is your browser size... if you hold down your CNTL ket, and use your "-" sign, the text in the browser window will get smaller. Conversely, if you hold down the CNTL key, anf hit the "+" key, the text will increase in size.....

My Dell Dimension 3000 will not work past the Dell Startup Screen. When I try to enter safe mode, three lines of text appear on the screen that include system 32.

That line of text tell you that the kernel - the core of Windows is corrupted or missing. Nothing left to do but reinstall: use the recovery cd that came with the pc when you bought it.

My screen is too zoomed in when I try to view

You can try scrolling down the mouse wheel while holding the Ctrl key on your keyboard.

If you want to decrease the text size on a web page you can go to: View > and reduce the text size in Internet explorer (In firefox and other browsers you can go to View and use the Zoom option)

Please let me know if this helps you.

Your comments and ratings are highly appreciated.

Text size on screen too small

Have you tried this? In Internet Explorer, use View > Text Size to alter. Also, if you use a scroll mouse, it is possible for that to adjust your size (by holding down the Ctrl button while scrolling up or down).

Text too wide for screen

If you want to increase the font size of the text on the page and you're using a scroll wheel mouse, here's a handy little trick- hold down the Control button while rolling the scroll wheel up or down. This will increase/decrease the size of the text on the screen but won't affect the graphics.
