Cannot delete the "E" signe even though synchronisation was OK

Cannot delete the "E" sign even though synchronisation was OK
Both automatic and manual synch were successful but an "E" persists on the display, cannot get rid of it.
Ist this a sign of malfunction?

Thanks

It is the "E" for eastern time mode. in world time mode switch to pacific time for a second and see if it changes to a "P". if so this is what the "E" is for. hope this helps:)

How do I set my watch

It all depends on the type of watch you have.

Manually, the time (and date) are set by releasing the crown wheel and turning it so that the hands move clockwise to the correct time. If you have a date function, you may have to cycle the crown wheel quite a few times to reach the correct day and date.

On digital watches, the user guide will indicate which buttons should be pressed to set the time and date. Refer to the user guide that came with your watch, go onto the manufacturer's website or go back to the store where you bought the watch and ask them to show you how to do it.

On smart watches, the time should be set automatically when the watch synchronises with your smartphone or wifi signal.

I need to change the time on my nike wk0006 watch, but nike doesn,t sell it anymore...WHAT DO I DO!!!!????

TRY!

Make sure the watch is facing the correct way. Put the watch on your wrist as you normally would, or pick it up by the strap with your left hand. You should see that the Nike swoosh is right side up. You should be able to read the time.
Find the left side of the watch. This will be your left when the watch is facing you correctly the same way that you would look at it to read the time. You will see at least two buttons. One will be labeled "mode" and the other will be labeled "set."
Press the "mode" button. Press the "mode" button. Continue to press the "mode" button until you have scrolled through the options and are on the correct setting. The correct setting should be "time."
Hold down the "set" button. You should see the currently set time on your watch and the hour should be flashing. You should see a plus sign (+) and a minus sign (-). If your current time says three (for example) and you want to read five, press the button that corresponds with the plus sign. If you want to go backwards, press the button that corresponds to the minus sign. When you are finished hit next.
Change the minutes. Now the minutes should be flashing. Repeat step four: press the button that corresponds with the plus sign to increase the minutes. Press the button that corresponds to the minus sign to decrease the minutes. Hit "next" when you are finished.
Hit "done." Congratulations, you have now successfully set the time on your Nike watch. Now your watch should read the correct time. If you want to get really crazy, you can repeat the steps above to change the date on your Nike watch.

How do I sign up for direct deposit?

if it's from where you work, then the office would have you sign papers
if it's for social security, when you sign up for s.s, you'd have to supply them with a bank account number, and then go to the bank and tell them you want to sign up for direct deposit and sign more papers.

On my sports 50 it stops if it is off of my wrist for 14 hours . Also I dont know how to change the day sign to english

This is obviously unsatisfactory and I can understand your problem. Even spring driven automatic watches will run for 2 - 3 days when not worn.

Your watch can either be charged by use (i.e. wearing it) or by winding the crown wheel, although there seem to be a variety on kinetic watches and it is not clear if all of them can be wound by hand (mine can't but it goes to sleep after two days and can stay in this mode for 3 months and re-starts when it is worn!)

For a fully description of the kinetic operation go to http://www.seikowatches.com/technology/kinetic/kinetic_dd.html and there you will will see a choice of kinetic watches.

You can also access the instruction manual list to check out how your watch is intended to operate. Some watches indicate days in two languages (as yours appears to do) and you can select the correct day by pulling the crown wheel to the middle position where you generally change the date by rotating it forward and the day by turning it backward. When turning it backward, you should see and alternative day and you should stop at this position. The watch will continue with the same language after this.
If this does not work, then you should be able to find out the day sign after reading the instructions.

If your watch is new and after reading all the literature you still cannot sort out how to make your watch run for a longer period, then contact the maker who should be able to help.

Good luck!

My gucci phone suddenly has no power... even when I try to charge it... phone was bought in China... S888

It sounds as though the battery has become disconnected from the phone.

Have you dropped the phone on a hard floor or something similar?

Have you tried looking at the battery to see if it is properly connected (has it be dislodged)? If possible, take the battery out and re-fit it (sometimes there are invisible faults which disappear when equipment is dismantled and assembled and you never really know what the problem is!)

Is there any sign of damage to any visible wires

Bergen Enkheim Clock won't stop chiming. The pendulum does swing and it is would up.

It sounds as though part of the mechanism that controls the chiming is jammed. This could be caused by dirt or wear.

I suggest you have the clock cleaned as a first step and ask if there is any sign of damage.

I didn't pay attention to which way the battery was facing when I removed it. The replacement battery packaging says that it might explode if put in backwards. Further confusing the issue is the big + sign...

There isn't any definition yet to recognize which side of battery is front and which one is back, so, whatever you'll say will be OK.
In your case you are naming +signed side as a backside. This side (+) must face watch's caseback. That means; when you open the watch and look in to it - you see the backside of the battery and see the + sign & Energizer 3V.

My watch has a tiny letter just to the right of the signal strength indicator. In my case it is a C because I live in the central time zone. Perhaps you live in the eastern time zone? The E may not be short for ERROR but instead stands for EASTERN. Its called the E/C/M/P indicator.

I don't know if you have had a chance yet, but the manual that I talked about previously does show this feature on the first page. Its called "Operation Guide 2608 2638 2688". Your watch almost certainly has a 2688 module.

I hope that was the E that you were talking about.

As for the signal sign, you want it to be there. You need to worry when its absent. :-) I think all waveceptors are like that.

I hope that helps.
