If there is any breakdown in communication between the machine controller and the motor controller, "CE" flashes and the unit beeps once. Some common causes of "CE" errors include: ·Conformal coating on serial communications pins between the machine controller and motor controller. After disconnecting power to the unit, try scraping this coating off the pins. · Check the resistance values between the serial communications pins with the connectors in place. Make sure the harness does not have a bad connection. · Check the quick disconnect at the motor terminal. The drive motor must be hooked up properly or a "CE" error will occur. · Drive motor thermal protector has opened. ·Motor controller is not powered or fuse has opened. Replace motor controller.

If the washer throws an UL error code with out any clothes in the washer then the issue must be concerned with the mechanical alignment inside the machine or a bad CCU.
The most common problem which can cause this is some sort of mechanical hinderance which does not allow the basket to move freely.
The suspension system which holds the basket in its place might be faulty and causing the unbalancing. In this model i think there are plastic ring at the bottom of the basket . Even if they are worn out or moved out of position it may cause the UL error code you are facing
The water inlet hoses are probably removed and reconnected in reverse, and then trigger the HC error code to flash indicating the hot and cold water inlet hoses are reversed. Reconnect the water inlet hoses properly and start a cycle then let us know what happens next.
You may have an obstruction in your pump which causes it to drain slower than usual, or binds the impeller. Flow can still be pretty good even with this problem but the brain will sense a longer than normal drain time and flag the error. Try removing the water pump and look for underwires, paper clips or hairpins.
That is a communication error between the control and the motor board.
Could be a corrosive buildup on the ribbon connectors and/or a bad wire or loose wire.
You can unplug the machine and trace all wires to look for a pinched or loose wire.
Unplug and clean all wire connections.
If that does not work it will be a bad motor controller.
check the screans on your water valves lf is a long fill
