Question about Refrigerators
Please be advised that I find it offensive that Whirlpool see a customers problem as simply an opportunity to earn further money. The Company is not even honest enough to advise the customer in advance (before he completes a query report) that he is going to be charged for the assistance.
I will never buy a Whirlpool product again, and I will advise all my friends against so doing.
