Turns on goes to user screen when i put password in it says group policy client service failed access denied

Sounds like you'll need to make another user account, then try to remove whatever rights the problem account has. You could try going to microsofts help page and type the statement exactly, include error codes if there are any, or, try this,
Hope you get it fixed, Grim

I cant logon to my user, the message is The Group Policy Client Service failed the logon. Access is denied

I think that it is possible because of the client server isn't running. Try contacting your administrator.

Each time I type in my password it tells me The grop Policy Client service failed the logon. Access is denied.

Boot your system to Safe Mode (press F8 repeatedly when powering on). Go to System Restore and choose a date when your system worked OK. Note: with System Restore, all your updates will roll back to that date. Follow the process.

Hope this helps.

This is about all you can do.

Logging on to server

You need to go into administrative tools and look for group policy.

In the local computer policy
Computer Configuration
Windows Settings > security settings > Local policies > user rights assignment. In the right hand pane find the policy for "Allow log on locally" Set the user accounts for those users which are allowed to log on interactively on the server. Be careful you dont lock the administrator account out.
Use in conjunction with the "Deny logon locally policy" if you need to.
Hope this helps
