Question about Samsung ML 1710 Laser Printer
Sometimes there is a spring in the paper tray which pushes the paper upwards so it presses against the rubber roller in the body which pulls the paper into the printer. If this spring has become dislodged or similar, it won't push the paper up with enough force for it to work. Also, somethimes in an older printer or one which has seen much use, the rubber roller can become deformed, causing a similar problem. This one is much harder to fix because spare parts are usually either not available or extortionately priced!
