How hard is that?

There is not a Vista-compatible driver or software - you can read the Vista warning by going to www.usasupport.philips.com - this particular mp3 player (HDD series) is completely obsolete.

I've spent 20 minutes googling matsui>mat110>user manuals>drivers and came up with nothing. I could not even find help at the Matsui web site. I did find several threads on different sites complaining about the lack of documentation. If you have a phone number for them I'd use it.

try viewing directly with Windows: Open "My Computer" and look for your drive letter for the Jensen. Open it and you will see all of the folders and files on that MP3 player. Try mouse dragging songs into the correct folder of the drive letter.

Use Windows Media Player to delete the tracks
