Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

My mp3 player turns on but frezzes it shows pearl? what wold you do if you had this problem? i know what i did wrong i delete all the factory files it come with so how do i get them back some? so it dont...

This solution replaces all the "factory files", and it will no longer freeze.

Last night I replaced my battery and my unit would not go any further than the Pearl logo. So this morning I downloaded the firmware upgrade from http://voxrightnow.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/2243/related/1, and followed all the troubleshooting instructions that popup when you start the program:

start the program,
remove the battery,
hold the play button while plugging into usb,
release the play button the the term "initalizing" replaces "searching",
check the box that says "format data",
click the start button to replace the firmware.

After I did this, my pearl started normally, and my computer recognized it again. It also fixed my aac-error problem.

Player will say full charge but wont turn on.

i think you may have either a bug on 1 of your songs or maybe a faulty track. try over-writing the songs, or delete them then re-install the songs or software.

You can try the following :
1. First kepp the player on plane surface like table etc.
2. Push Menu and middle button simultaneously and kepp them pushed for 6 seconds.
3. It will turn on, otherwise you have to format it.

RCA th1100a problem please help

Hi, you can try to upgrade the player's firmware, you can download it from the RCA Website (moz-screenshot.jpgmoz-screenshot-1.jpghttp://support.rcaaudiovideo.com/).
If your computer doesn't recognize the player, you'll have to turn it off and keep "PLAY" pressed for 10 seconds while connecting it to the USB port, then update the firmware.

My ilo player is not responding well.

Take the battery out for at least 40 min. This resets the player. If not, call c/s 254-224-0222. they will email you the firmware to reinstall.

Siren ilo 2 gig frezzing and other problems plz help?

This is the worst mp3 player ever invented - i have to tell you this up front. There is no driver, the company does not support the product anymore - I would return it now while you still can.

Either the device is bad, the pc port is bad, or the software is faulty. Try connecting to different usb port, then a usb port on a different pc with a compatible os. If still not recognized, then there is physical damage to player.

Try this: disconnect the player from the computer, turn it off, hold in the volume + button, and reconnect the player to the computer while holding the volume + button in. Keep holding the volume + button for an additional 5-50 seconds. Windows should eventually go into recovery mode and revive the player- it will pop up a window that says Found New Hardware Wizard.
