A two minute google search on "error code 062-360" indicated that you may have a faulty IIT/IPS board, atleast for a xerox printer/scanners. Who knows, maybe your Dell printer is just a re-branded Xerox printer with some minor customizations. In any case, one possible solution these errors is to reconnect the cables to/from this board. Obviously this seems like a 'service procedure' so if you want to try this yourself, i would suggest finding the service or maintenance manual on line before even attempting it.
From the post i looked at, it stated:
Try disconnecting the cables to the scanner and document feeder with the machine off. Make sure they are firmly connected then turn the macine back on.
Description At the adjustment of CCD output after power on, CCD does not make a correct output which it should when no light is incident on it.

Refer to BSD 6.2.
Power OFF/ON
Procedure Check the connection of each IIT/IPS PWB connector.
The connectors are connected correctly. Yes No Unanswered
Connect the connectors.
Turn on the power again.
[062-386] reoccurs. Yes No Unanswered
End
Replace the CCD PWB ( PL 11.4). If the problem persists, replace the IIT/IPS PWB ( PL 11.3).
We use a 75% vinegar and 25 % water. Then we rinse it twice with plain water. Also remove the little K/cup holder and clean it good and then replace in the machine. Works for us!
I found one website that says the default access number for the DC12 is "6789" and according to page 76 of the administrators manual the "tools" access code is "11111" by default. You can find that manual here: http://download.support.xerox.com/pub/docs/DocuColor_12CP/userdocs/any-os/en/DocuColor12_Printer_Copier_System_Administration_Guide.pdf. If these two do not work then it is possible that the company which supplied the printer changed the code. If thats the case then you should contact the suppliers.
If you're looking for something to print a few envelopes then just about any standard desktop printer should handle it. If you need large quantities you'll need a printer for that purpose, search the 'net for: Bulk Envelope Printer Here's a link to one...
Don't know the model, but, most fuser drawers have a "home" switch behind the fuser assembly either on the rear frame or the rail, not usually on the fuser itself
