Will somebody please help me ! ^@^

I am trying to download some songs and videos on my sansa view 8gb but my computer ISN'T DETECTING it. Everytime I go on media player, it says it no device has been detected when its already plugged up ! Everytime I go on My Computer I don't see anything that has to do with sandisk ! and even when I go on sansa media converter I am unable to convert ANYTHING because the computer is NOT DETECTING my mp3 player. Is there some way that this can be fixed ? =\

I was able to get my son's View to connect to the computer by downloading Media Player 11 from the Microsoft site. Haven't had any problems since I did that.

Describe how to delete songs on the SanDisk Sansa video MP3 player 8GB

Connect the Sansa to your computer using the supplied cable. Open up an explorer window. You'll see your Sansa either as a removable hard drive or as a Sansa, depending on the USB mode. Either way, navigate into it, then into the MUSIC folder. You can delete entire albums from here, or navigate into the albums and delete individual tracks.

you need to use Sansa media convertor to transfer videos into the player.it can be downloaded from here. If even Sansa media convertor is unable to detect your player then you may need to reinstall the firmware.Use sansa updater to update the firmware.

I have a Sansa View i beleive and..............

Plug the view into the computer via usb and find where your music files from frostwire are downloaded to (most likely your Shared folder) and copy or drag the destined files to your Views Music folder and then unplug when your view is done transferring and all the songs you placed in the folder should show up.
