I have vista, so i don't know if that was the real problem. The first time I put in the cd it did the auto-run and started to install the software. But at 98% it said error, and basically my computer froze up. Now it won't read the cd at all. I plugged in the camera and everything went fine, I uploaded the photos. But now my problem lies within the keychain viewer. When I plug that in, it charges it and all. But how do I get the photo's on the keychain, since nothing comes up when I plug it into the computer???? Please help????

The software doesn't use the "My Documents" shortcut, so it doesn't open in the "My Documents" directory in which "My Pictures" usually resides. The file browser opens, by default, to the program directory (C:\Program Files\Photo Viewer). Simply use the explorer tools to go "up" to C:\ (the root directory), then find the directory "My Documents" and within that "My Pictures"

It might be worth it to simply buy a SD memory card if you have a SD card slot in your computer. You can download pictures taken from any camera if using a SC card since you actually download from the card. You can also take the card to any WalMart, Walgreens, CVS, etc that has the photo machine.

The mode select has three options. Camera, Video and PC Cam. It needs to be set to PC Cam to give you live video.
