I cant open windows it stops at the microsoft bar
Ok, you should have a recovery program that will sort this out.
If you have a recovery CD, just insert it as soon as you turn it on, and it will then boot from the CD. Just follow the on screen instructions.
If you don't have a recovery CD, you may have a recovery partition on your hard drive. For this you need to enter your BIOS/settings screen. When you turn on the laptop, keep pressing F2. If this doesn't work, and Windows tries to load, switch it off, and try again by pressing Del.
When you are looking at the BIOS screen, you should have along the top, some page options (Something like, Information, Main, Security, Boot and Exit). Using the arrows on the keyboard, move over to Main. Now, somewhere on the screen should be something called D2D Recovery, or something similar. Highlight it and make sure it's Enabled. Also, when you highlight it, on the right habd side of the screen it will list Item Specific Help, and this will tell you what keys you need to press, this is normally Alt + F10. Now move over to exit and select Exit Saving Changes. This will then restart the laptop. As soon as it restarts, keep pressing the keys that it listed on the BIOS screen. Follow the on screen instructions.
Hope this helps.
