I installed the program but when I click on the Burpee 3D Garden Designer 3.0 it gives me this message "This program requires at least 3mb of free virtual memory to run. My computer is brand new , running windows XP and I have 1524mb virtual memory. What is wrong?

Thank you so much for this information. I just couldn't understand why this program would not work as my computer is brand new.

Take a look at the comments on this product at Amazon.com. Despite what it may say on the box, no one with XP was able to get it to work.

This is an old program, and what's likely happening is you have TOO much virtual memory. What I mean by that is that the program was written so long ago they expect a maximum size of virtual memory. When your number exceeds that, in a computer program, frequently the number wraps around to zero and goes negative (internal to the program). This is likely the issue.

Sorry, but the program is too old and unstable to run successfully on XP.
