My tv has a problem with the picture flickering off and on. Sometimes is goes off. I tried moving the cable hook up and sometimes it settles the picture to stay on. I also tilt the tv back a bit to make the picture stay. Please help.

Check for a bad solder at the the tuner section or within the tuner . Bad solder ground within the tuner can cause this fault

Sony 52xbr4 screen flickering

Fault with the main power supply regulator board. Ubnormal DC voltage output from it. Check and replace damaged component/s at its main power regulator [SMPS] section circuit. Contact any service technician. If you wish to get some details; check the site linked here. Surf the site with patience. Pull up older posts.
It will be best to replace the power supply regulator board as card basis rather than making "Surgery" to it; which usually will make loss for both money and precious time.

I have a 32" RCA LCD tv , rlc3210 power input says

Is it hooked up with HDMI cable?

If so try unplugging the HDMI cable and re plugging the cable in, sometimes those cables work loose and if they are not tight, it will cause your screen to flicker. Happens to my TV once in awhile.

My LG Lcd tv takes a minute or so to turn on then sometimes the picture flickers and goes out. The tv is on but no picture or sound. When I try to use the menu button on the tv it doesn't work. Whe

The fact that you have no menu or onscreen display, leads me to believe that it is the main logic board. Either the processor ic or the voltages going to the main board are missing. Check to see if the main board is getting 5v and 3.3v to determine if it is your power supply not supplying the voltages or your main board.

Samsung hl-s6186 screen flickers and sometimes goes green

The humming will usally come from the color wheel(one of the only moving parts), which is part of the light engine. If the tv is starting to get a green picture that is a sign that the light engine is on it's way out.

Flickering Picture?

Your set might have a high voltage leak and that is the noise you hear when is showing the screen problem or even maybe an arking too ,either one is related to the high voltage and it can be dangerous,if you are familiar with tv service you can try to see where is arking and replace the part with an exact replacement but if the set has a leak you will not see it and is not safe to be close to it,if you are not too familiar be safe and call for assistance from a servicer.
