Check the fuel filter on car for a restriction. Check the air filter for a restriction(dirty). also check the IAC valve (idle/air/control) located on the side of the throttle body. To check the iac valve, start the engine and disconnect the electrical plug from the iac. Listen for a change in the idle of the engine. then reconnect the plug to the iac valve and turn on the a/c and listen for the engine idle speed to change. If not then replace the iac valve. Hope this will help you.
You should verify you have proper fuel pressure. Check with a gauge when cold and hot. Possible clogged fuel filter is not allowing enough gas to feed engine. Verify pressure at idle and also under load when driving.
it is possable/likely a bad ECTS (engine coolant tep. sensor), this can cause the injectors to allow to much fuel into cylinders and cause a low compression and or flooding situation, good luck, marty
The best solution is to do a complete tune up with new spark plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, pcv valve and oil change.. If this still happen I would get some fuel injector cleaner, or use marvel mystery oil in both your oil(crankcase) and gas tank. You can get mystery oil at walmart..its in a red bottle with black label.
