most of emachines use realtek sound drivers what model is your system

  • Axekick May 11, 2010

If it is beeping when you power it on those are codes used to aide in diagnosing hardware problems with the computer or POST(Power On Self Testing).

It sounds as if you have a hardware problem with one of your components if this is the case but based on your brief description impossible to know for sure?

2006 2.0l diesel. Why is there an intermittent beeping sound coming from passenger door speaker?

Could be bad speaker, bad wire pinched in door hinge, the radio could be bad, or there could be some RF interference the wire is picking up. Try switching speaker around.

Audio problem. computer speakers are working beeps etc, but radio and video no sound

In Windows XP, go to:

Start -> Control Panel -> Sounds & Audio Devices -> Audio
Ensure that your sound card, and not a USB device, is selected for audio output as the default device.

In Windows Vista/7:

Start -> Control Panel -> Sound
Ensure that 'speakers' is selected as the default device.

Alternatively, if the beeps are coming from the computer case itself, please clarify as such with a follow up response.

I have built in sspeaker in the system but its not

That is not a full blown sound speaker and is these simply for the beeps you mention.

Real sound is generated by the sound card.

The GREEN port on the back is where you plug your speakers in but you also have to install the drivers for the sound card itself

I have an Acer Aspire (and thats as much as I know) that makes a constant beeping sound ... so fast that I cannot even try to detinguish individual beeps to count them. Sometimes this sound does not happen...

Cardinal Rule 1
Dont use ur expensive computer for Games, go to a galeriya
Cardinal Rule 2
Beeping while playing games is a part of the computer's operation...or it can be part of that game.

Some times ur accessories (like ur printer/USB device/mouse etc) is not connected properly...

if the sound is from the PC's speaker then it can be disabled but u will also not get the games sound.

but if it's from your PC's external speaker then u have to live with it or u can mute ur speakers.
