Your rca cables( white, red, and yellow cords) are ruined. you just need to replace them. If that doesn't work than you should see someone. Like at GameStop or GameCrazy, or some other game store.

go to creative.com, you can download software and drivers from the support part of thier page for free, just about all of the products they ever made are on there, i got software and drivers from there for my soundblaster audigy ls sound card and it works great
My laptop doesn't have audio drivers and it rejects each and every audio driver that i try to install. can you please help download and install a new audio driver
