Re: light burnt out
There are two ways to remove the globe. one is there are screws on top of the glass. two is you grab the glass and turn it counter clockwise. and some tomes there 3 metal clips that hold it in place you just need to pull the glass globe straight down.

Try turning off the breaker which controls the fans and waiting about 2-3 minutes before turning it back on. If they're on different breakers, do the same for each breaker. Are you sure you replaced the burnt out bulb with exactly the same bulb? If not, match them all up - same wattage, same type of bulb.
why not, cant you figure out how to change a light bulb? Look carefully at the way it is made, look for screws to remove a plastic or glass cover to get access to the downlight ,which i assume is a light that points down. worst case senario is you have to read the owners manual under how to change the light bulb or call up customer service and ask them how or at least how to call techinical service. In all fairness , a down light may not be a light bulb that points down , but some kind of compact flouresent light bulb. check if vaxcel has a web site. they might have instructions on how to change a down light bulb.
probably burnt the electric feed wire off the light bulb socket. you will have 2 find the circuit breaker to the fan/light and turn the breaker off & then take the light section of the ceiling fan apart & look at the socket for a burnt off wire. you will need diagonal cutters to cut off the wire section with burnt insulation and wire strippers to stripe off the insulation, about 3/4 of an inch. you might be able to reconnect the wire to the light bulb socket if the socket has screw terminals but some sockets have solder terminals and require you to be able to solder the wire back on with an electric soldering gun, which cost between $12.00 to $ 30.00 you could see the cost of the tools at amazon.com also need solder and soldering flux at radio shack, home depot amazon.com or lowes.com If you need to add an extra length of wire you can connect it with wire nus from home depot. home depot sells books on lamp repair and on electrical repair or borrow the book from the library.amazon .com may even have used books on lamp repair and home electric repair for sale at 1/2 price or less.
The whole cover/grill/globe pulls straight down to expose the bulbs. There are two heavy "V" springs, one opposite the other, that hold the grill to the fan box. You need to overcome the holding power of these two springs to pull the grill down.
If necessary, you may want to run around the edge with a sharp knife in the event it was painted in place.

They have opening clips on the top side all around the cover, you can reach it with your fingers and try opening them all, the cover will come off easily, once done you can unscrew the light bulb and install a new one.
I have a fan just like that one to change a light bulb all you have to do is unscrew it from the fan itself and if that dosnt work then unscrew the plastic cover or unscrew a screw on the plastic cover
