Hi Maria, I accidentally found out how to get it to work. What the instructions do not tell you is after you move the arrow to USB Update, you want to hit the little power button on the keychain. You should hear a little tone that your computer makes when new hardware is attached. At that point, you should be able to run the program and it should recognize your device.
I suggest you modify they instructions on Step 1.

NO DRIVER FOR MAC OS 10.5: I have the same problem on my Mac G5, system Leopard OS 10.5. Got the software downloaded, first from the tiny cd, then from the website altho the website is 1.0 and the tiny cd is 1.0.2.
could only get the viewer to choose updating by pushing a bent paper clip into the reset hole. then the icon would say "be sure the viewer is on update" and when I clicked OK, the application would close. Messed with it for hours.
Finally got through to the customer care (1-800-374-2744) and learned they do not have a driver for Leopard - and apparently have no plans to do so. The rep could only suggest trying a different cable (I did, no change) and he will mail the latest driver from the manufacturer. If that does not do it, no other option but to return for refund, but since this was a christmas gift I am not sure where to return it.

I called the company and they sent me a full-size CD w/ the software for free. The number is found on that website that the other post mentioned (mscustomercare.com)

The A701 is a bit cranky. I've found that it prefers USB flash sticks of upto 2GB. It likes the flash stick formatting before use. And it prefers jpg files added to the root directory of the flash stick - so no images in folders. Finally but probably least important, it's not much point uploading 2MB jpgs as the screen is pretty much 72DPI smaller size JPGS lead to a faster loading. ( try around 900x 600 dpi )
