Any error starting with a 300 series on a PC is the keyboard. Make sure it is plugged in correctly and check the Device Manager to make sure it does not have any conflicts.

Tips for a great answer:
Message Meanings : Previous POST did not complete successfully. POST loads default values and offers to run Setup. If the failure was caused by incorrect values and they are not corrected, the next boot will likely fail. On system with control of wait states, improper Setup settings can also terminate POST and cause this error on the next boot. Run Setup and verify that wait-state configuration is correct. This error is cleared the next time the system is booted.
What does the above mean ??? If the BIOS does not see a particular device loading ( like Hard Drive ) Try bringing up the Bios setting F-2 and reset to default. Hope this helps
