Any error starting with a 300 series on a PC is the keyboard. Make sure it is plugged in correctly and check the Device Manager to make sure it does not have any conflicts.

0280:Previous boot incomplete - Default configuration used

Error Code: 0280 Previous boot incomplete - Default configuration used

Message Meanings : Previous POST did not complete successfully. POST loads default values and offers to run Setup. If the failure was caused by incorrect values and they are not corrected, the next boot will likely fail. On system with control of wait states, improper Setup settings can also terminate POST and cause this error on the next boot. Run Setup and verify that wait-state configuration is correct. This error is cleared the next time the system is booted.

What does the above mean ??? If the BIOS does not see a particular device loading ( like Hard Drive ) Try bringing up the Bios setting F-2 and reset to default. Hope this helps

My fluke 45 multimeter displays error 6. how can i solve it?

This is explanation on Error 6 from Service Manual:
EEROM (A1U5) meter configuration corrupted or EEROM not initialized. At power up, A1U6 reads CRC from EEROM (A1U5) location, then reads configuration data from another location in EEROM, calculates an algorithm to compare to the CRC. If an error is determined, the meter configuration is set to factory default and Error 6 is displayed.
You can find service manual with troubleshooting procedure here: http://www.fluke.com/Fluke/usen/Support/Manuals/default.htm?ProductId=56082

Press and hold the pinhole RESET button at the back of the router with the power ON for 20 secs. then release the RESET button.
To connect to your wireless router. the router's wireless settings needs to be configured with the SSID, encryption etc. and also the wireless cards in all the laptops-computers needs to be configured with these router's wireless settings. Then the laptops-desktop computers can communicate with your wireless router.
Connect a LAN cable from the Linksys to the LAN port on your computer.
Open a browser and enter the Linksys configuration URL
http://192.168.1.1
The default login = admin
The default PW = admin
You can protect your router by changing the default admin PW (write it down and put it in a safe place)
Go to the wireless configuration and set up the SSID and WPA or WPA2 encryption to protect your wireless network and Internet from unauthorized access.
Now apply these settings to the wireless card in your laptop-computer.

What is the firmware version of DNS-323? Many bugs were fixed in recent firmware revisions. You can see your version in the top right corner in the web interface after you log-in. See on the D-Link website if there is a newer firmware available.
When it doesn't work, what you have to do to make it work? Reboot windows? Or reboot the DNS-323? It can also be issue with your firewall or Windows configuration. Which Windows version do you use?

Since you rolled back to factory default then all of your configuration should be gone. You should still be able to connect to it using the DHCP address assigned to it though. Do the following to try to connect to it again:

o the following:

1. Try to ping the device using a PC connected to the same network.
2. If you are using DHCP, your device may just have been assigned a different IP. Try to ping all devices in your network or use a network scanner (e.g. SoftPerfect) to find out the IP address given to it.
3. Once you get the IP address, assign a static IP address to your device that is beyond the DHCP scope. This will ensure that your IP does not change and you will not have a conflict with DHCP assigned IP's.
