Question about SanDisk Sansa Clip MP3 Player
I connected to the internet as it instructed then it asked me to open the device to view files using Windows Explorer. But the problem is is that it does not ask me to open any device. What am I doing wrong. Please help me.
It should have come with a software, most mp3 players these days encrypt their files in such a way so that only the included software can install/copy/move any files on the mp3 player, i suggest looking through the packaging to find the installation CD or downloading the driver off the manafacturer's site.
