Need remote control code for Scientific Atlanta 3250 explorer

We just purchased a new all in one remote control. Sharper Image Brand. We want to use the new all in one remote to control the channels for the cable box which is a Scientific Altlanta Explorer 3250. The remote codes in the back of the instruction book do not work. Can anyone help?
