No Picture

hie, i hve a problem. i can hear all the sound, but i cant see no picture, wat could be the fault. I tried all the cables they are working, one tv repairer said it could be 'the power distributor'. now i dnt see how that would affect the picture and not the sound too
your help appreciated.
